• 1. What is the difference between the Basic and Premium tourist rental packages?

  The Basic package includes advertising on tourist portals, communication with guests, and administrative tasks such as registration in the eVisitor system, while the owner independently takes care of cleaning and guest reception. The Premium package is an ‘all-inclusive’ service where we take complete care – from advertising and communication, through cleaning and guest reception, to administration, repairs, and income reporting.

• 2. What is the commission rate for managing tourist rentals?

  For the Basic package, the commission is 10%, while for the Premium package it ranges between 20% and 30%, depending on achieved income. This way, the owner can choose the model that suits them best – with lower commission and more personal involvement or higher commission for a completely worry-free experience.

• 3. How will I be informed about the income and occupancy of my property?

  We regularly send you detailed reports on achieved income, occupancy, and guest reviews. With the Premium package, we also monitor the reputation of ads on platforms like Booking.com and Airbnb and suggest improvements to ensure your property has the best possible visibility and results.

• 4. Who welcomes guests and takes care of the check-in/check-out procedure?

  In the Premium package, we fully organize the arrival and departure of guests – including key handover, explanation of house rules, and availability during the stay. In the Basic package, this part remains your responsibility.

• 5. How flexible is the cooperation agreement and can I terminate it?

  The minimum contract duration is 3 months, and after that period, it can be extended or terminated by agreement. Our goal is to adapt to your needs, so we offer complete flexibility and transparent conditions without hidden costs.
